This is the last of the 5 episodes. In these 5 episodes, Jeri talks about her life learnings, challenges, startup hurdles, leadership lessons and always be prepared for the next ‘humbling’ moment. (Interview taken during 1st week of Nov, 2020)

In this 5th episode, Jeri talks about the successful Kickstarter campaign of Tilt Five, investment received so far, challenges faced during Covid in getting investment, supply of parts and how they are managing all of this now.

Jeri spoke about the conscious decision and reasons to accept only the minimum required investments. She added that the investors were also hand picked so that the ideology of Tilt Five can be maintained throughout the growth journey. Investors include SIP Global Investment, Bitkraft Ventures, Galaxy Interactive, Logitech, and games industry veteran Ken Birdwell. Jeri mentioned the reason for picking each one of them from market specific expansion to video gaming specific additions, tech based support, etc.

Jeri concludes this amazing and inspirational chat by mentioning about the ways in which her mentors throughout her career had light a spark in her every now and then. She believes that it is her responsibility now to motivate people and help them to look for the ‘spark’ in their life.

We also spoke about eSports and how it has picked up pace globally , especially in the US market.
